Anne and Alan are the most kind and loving people who goes more than the extra mile. I highly recommend them and will absolutely make use of their services again.  

 We feel totally at ease when away with Ann and Allan here. Even get prepared dinner when we return and goodbye snacks for pets.  

 Although cost is high it is the 22 hour option that we prefer &  chose and Anne & Alan were amazing.  Our cats were very relaxed when  we came home & that says it all - we already booked Anne & Alan  for July and September 2024 and will also do so in the coming years.   Thank you for the spoils that you left for us.  Lots of love xxx

Alan and Anne were wonderful. They just returned our love to the pets whilst we were away.  We were not concerned for a moment.

 Anne and Alan were so friendly and assuring.  They sent regular updates  everyday and left our home clean and neat.  Our dogs were not stressed  at all and in very happy spirits when we got home.

 Anne worked like a slave to organise my cupboards! Even spoilt us with apple tart and banana bread! Well done!

  Anne and Alan is prompt, reliable and trustworthy they were a blessing. It was such a comfort knowing that our fur babies didn’t have to go stay somewhere else, but could stay in his own routine at home.  

 This was our second time having Anne & Alan looking after our two girls. They are loving towards our pups and look after them and our house like their own. They have great communication, are very polite and sweet. We always have yummy home baked goods with personalized doggy biscuitss waiting when we arrive home. They go beyond the extra mile. Very happy!

Our experience was delightful. It was an easy process to book and we had no hiccups. Anne & Alan were our sitters and they were awesome with our busy fur babies, simply the best. They looked after our home and pups like it was their own, they even made us a personalized card with home baked treats and cookie treats (also personalized) to our doggies when we arrived back home. We felt at ease while on holiday and it was just overall a very pleasant experience and complete peace of mind. We would definitely make use of While Away's services in future again. We were rest assured to leave our furry babies with Anne and Alan. They were all very happy and healthy. Anne and Alan also looked after our house while we were away and took our dog on daily walks.  Alan and Anne took care of my dogs as if they were their own. They stayed on for longer than the allocated time, just so the dogs could get some extra love from them. They are truly gems and we were so grateful for the. stepping in during the times we couldn't. We highly recommend them!

Allan and Anne went beyond what was expected. Not only for the pets, but also in keeping the household running smooth.   After struggling with pet sitters in the past, I am afraid to recommend them, simply because I don't want them to be fully booked ahead of time when we need a sitter 😉   They were great and the pets were calm and very well looked after.  Thank you for allowing us a stress free holiday, along with a warm welcome home!
